Covenant House Toronto is seeking a Peer Support Worker for the Residents Department. You will engage with youth across Residential Services programs, leveraging lived experience to support goal setting, resource navigation, and life-skills development.

Working from a harm-reduction, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to program quality and organizational learning.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lived expertise related to homelessness or housing instability is an asset.
• Ability to work within an anti-racist, trauma-informed framework.
• First Aid/CPR and basic computer skills are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with youth across Residential Services programs to build relationships.
• Identify resources and advocate for youth to access services.
• Organize and supervise life-skills workshops and activities.
• Document youth interactions and maintain records in ETO.
