• Knowledge of homelessness issues affecting Indigenous populations.
• Advanced communications skills.
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid license with high liability insurance.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and independence in work.
• Ability to problem-solve and make independent judgments.
• Experience delivering client services and handling confidential information.
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program goals within a defined geographic area.
• Provide outreach supports to homeless youth (18-34) and those at risk.
• Support reconnection to home communities when appropriate.
• Maintain caseload and provide housing-based case management as required.
• Develop and implement client service plans, with referrals to internal programs and external agencies.
• Educate on tenant rights, tenancy basics, and life skills.
• Maintain client files and case notes with confidentiality.
• Perform administrative duties related to case management and delivery.
• Ensure services align with funding agreements and engage communities.
• Promote programs and evaluate service effectiveness.
• Organize community events to improve access and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
