NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for its residential youth programs in Beverly and Peabody. The role focuses on evaluating clients, designing treatment plans, leading groups, and supporting functional daily living skills within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold an AOTA-approved OT program degree, be licensed in Massachusetts, and bring energy, strong communication, and teamwork to a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in program milieu.
• Attend trainings.
• Evaluate residents for functional skill levels.
• Lead groups and carry out individual treatment as indicated.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support clients’ occupational engagement.
