Job summary

Family Services of Greater Vancouver is seeking a Full-Time Integration Support Worker to assist children and youth with developmental disabilities in Vancouver, BC. You will provide one-to-one and group support, help set goals with families, and guide clients toward independent community participation.

• Two years of post-secondary education or training in child & youth care or a related field.
• Experience working with children and youth with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group support to children and youth with developmental disabilities.
• Formulate goals and action plans with clients and caregivers.
• Support clients in developing life skills and community integration through activities and coaching.
