Family Services of Greater Vancouver is seeking a Youth Worker (Part-Time) in Vancouver to support youth 16–21 in a voluntary residential program. You will work with a shift partner, provide responsive care, and assist with intake, planning, and service connections in a low-barrier, respectful environment.

The role requires a diploma in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in homelessness, mental health, addictions, or social services.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related human/social service field.
• 1 year related experience with emphasis on homelessness, mental health, addictions, and/or social services (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive care to youth 16–21 in a voluntary residential setting.
• Collaborate with shift partner and report to the Assistant Manager to ensure safe, empathetic, client-centered services.
