Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience with individuals impacted by homelessness, trauma, addiction, mental health, poverty, or child welfare.
• First Aid/CPR and other listed assets are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program participants understand and follow guidelines.
• Provide intensive case management with a client-centered approach.
• Connect participants to community supports and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
