Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) in Mississauga is looking for a part-time Youth Engagement Assistant to support the Newcomer Youth Career Connect Project through outreach, workshops, training activities, event coordination, and administrative duties.
You will engage youth through community networks, organize youth-focused events, and assist in logistics and program delivery while maintaining accurate records. Evening/weekend hours may be required; compensation is CAD 23.68 per hour.

Support the outreach and promotion of the Newcomer Youth Career Connect Project, engaging youth through community networks, schools, and partner organizations.
Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing youth-focused excursions and community engagement events.
Assist in organizing and supporting youth’ career development training sessions, including logistics, communication, and follow-up.
Assist facilitation of training sessions and skill-building activities aimed at enhancing the confidence and career readiness of newcomer youth.
Support the day-to-day operations of the program by preparing, organizing, and managing supplies and materials for youth activities.
Provide administrative support as needed
Maintain accurate project records, including data collection and data entry.
Attend required agency activities and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
Compensation: $23.68 per hour
Hours of work : 185 hours until March 31, 2026 , including evenings, weekends and occasional overtime is required. The number of hours per week is to be discussed with the manager.
