The Hallway Café, operated by e4c, Edmonton, is seeking a Youth Case Coordinator – Employment Navigator to support youth transitioning from training to employment. You will provide individualized coaching, help with resumes, interview prep, and job search strategies within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include building partnerships with employers, developing transition plans, delivering workshops, and maintaining accurate records while supporting youth facing complex challenges.

The Hallway Café is a social enterprise that provides employment readiness training for youth while operating food and beverage services that support agency programming. As a Youth Case Coordinator – Employment Navigator, you support youth through their transition from training to employment by providing individualized coaching, employment preparation, and ongoing case management support. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you build relationships with community employers, create pathways to employment, and support youth and employers throughout the employment journey to promote long-term success and stability.
