e4c’s Long-Term Supported Housing provides a home to individuals with complex mental health and additions who require 24/7 on-site support. Operating from a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and harm reduction approach, residents will work with the onsite staff to set and work towards their own self-identified recovery goals pertaining to their overall wellness and recovery.
The Shift Lead is responsible for supervising, mentoring, and guiding Community Support Workers. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed perspective, an Indigenous worldview, and a strength-based approach to delivering frontline services. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Shift Lead shares accountability for helping residents achieve their goals while ensuring efficient and appropriate daily operations.
