Job summary

Valley Hill Youth Treatment Centre in Saskatchewan is seeking casual Youth Care Workers to support youths aged 12–17 in inpatient residential treatment. You will provide care, supervision, and programming in a structured, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful environment.

You will report to the Clinical Supervisor, help run daily routines and group activities, respond to crises, complete documentation, and collaborate with families and communities, with a commitment to Indigenous culture

Valley Hill Youth Treatment Centre is seeking casual Youth Care Workers to support youth between the ages of 12-17 years of age who are receiving inpatient residential treatment, living with mental health and addictions challenges. The Casual Youth Care Worker role involves providing care, supervision, and programming in a structured, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful environment. Casual Youth Care Workers reports to the Clinical Supervisor and plays a vital role in maintaining safety, building positive relationships with youth, and supporting therapeutic goals and daily routines, group activities, and land-based or experiential programming.
