The Casual Youth Care Worker role involves providing care, supervision, and programming in a structured, trauma-informed, and culturally respectful environment. Casual Youth Care Workers reports to the Clinical Supervisor and plays a vital role in maintaining safety, building positive relationships with youth, and supporting therapeutic goals and daily routines, group activities, and land-based or experiential programming.
