Vantage Community Services in Alberta is seeking a Youth Counselor (Casual) to support young people and families. The role involves rotating shifts to ensure around-the-clock coverage and delivering services in a well-organized environment.

You will be a team player, build relationships with clients and staff with professional boundaries, and contribute to a compassionate, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or currently enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Experience working with young people is preferred.
  • Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, CYIM, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.

Responsibilities
