Job summary

At Dynamite, the Operations Associate supports the team to maximize sales by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipments, replenishment, eCom orders, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, boosting sales and customer satisfaction while upholding brand and visual standards in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or inventory management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
• Has passion for organization and details.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset.
• Is a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work a on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Provide support to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization.
• Manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCom order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Contribute to optimizing inventory management and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual standards.
• Assist day-to-day store operations and help drive a great shopping experience.
