Job summary

Dynamite – Yorkdale Shopping Centre is seeking a Part-time Operations Associate to support store operations and maximize sales by keeping the stockroom organized and processing shipments. You will assist with replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you contribute to inventory management, order fulfillment for eCommerce, and ensure brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management in retail.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and proactive approach.
• Hands-on teammate who collaborates across tasks.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computers are an asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and manage inventory through shipment processing.
• Replenish sales floor and fulfill eCom orders.
• Conduct markdowns and merchandising to support a great shopping experience.
• Support store operations and contribute to sales and profitability.
• Ensure brand and visual presentation standards are maintained.
