Job summary

Gestion Zagora is seeking a dedicated Yardi Specialist to be our in-house Yardi expert. You will configure, maintain and improve Yardi, support users, ensure data accuracy, and enhance accounting and property-management workflows and reports.

You’ll onboard new properties, manage migrations, build financial and operational reports, automate processes, and train staff. Excellent knowledge of Yardi Voyager and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Yardi or similar systems-focused role.
• Yardi Voyager experience is highly preferred.
• Residential or commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of real estate accounting and property management processes.
• Advanced Excel and comfortable with large datasets.
• Experience building and analysing financial and operational reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Able to train users of varying technical skill.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new properties and set up properties, units, tenants, leases, vendors and other data.
• Monitor the accuracy and integrity of Yardi data, and fix inconsistencies.
• Create, customise and improve financial and operational reports.
• Find opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Support Accounting with AP, AR, rent charges, journal entries, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Work with Property Management and Leasing to improve workflows and how the system is used.
• Support data migrations, imports, reconciliations and validation.
• Train staff on Yardi and internal processes.

We are looking for a Yardi Specialist to be our in-house Yardi expert: configure, maintain and improve the system, support its users, keep the data accurate, and improve the accounting and property management workflows, reports, migrations and onboarding that depend on it.Competitive pay based on experience. What you’ll do

What we’re looking for
