Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Yard Person to inspect and clean inventory, maintain a safe and organized shop and yard, and support a high level of customer satisfaction. This role also delivers parts and transports units to customers and between Maxim locations, helping the team operate efficiently and avoid unnecessary costs.

Responsibilities

• Move trucks and trailers safely between the shop and yard, wash unit exteriors with a pressure washer, and complete general interior cleaning.
• Deliver units to customers within Prince Albert.
• Keep the shop and yard clean, safe, and well maintained by collecting litter, emptying garbage cans, clearing snow from sidewalks and doorways, cutting grass and weeds, washing bay doors and windows, and disposing of pallets.
• Organize and inspect truck and trailer inventory, and complete rental check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist with parts deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1A driver’s license.
• At least one year of heavy-duty truck driving experience.
• Previous vehicle cleaning or detailing experience is an asset.
• A strong commitment to customer service.
• Comfort performing repetitive and routine duties.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and reliability.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with people at all levels.
