Job summary

Borderland Co-op is hiring a Lumber Yard Manager for our Home Centre in Moosomin, Saskatchewan. You will lead day-to-day operations and focus on delivering excellent customer service while managing inventory and assets.

You will drive sales and margins, build relationships with customers, vendors and community partners, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and support. A valid Class 5 license with forklift/skid steer training is preferred; relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lumber products; construction background preferred.
• Experience leading a team with focus on customer service.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; willingness to obtain forklift/skid steer training.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in home and building products and:

• Have a large knowledge base of products sold within the lumber department, preference will be given to those with a construction background.
• Have experience leading a Team with a focus on customer service.
• Hold a valid Class 5 drivers license, and be willing to obtain training to operate equipment such as a forklift and skid steer. What we offer:
