Job summary

Borderland Co-operative Limited is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Lead for our Moosomin Food Store. You will assist the Grocery Manager to maintain exceptional customer service on the front-end and help address customer concerns, coordinating with department managers to find solutions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, prioritizing loss prevention, and training new employees to ensure performance standards are met.

What youll do:
The Customer Service Lead will assist the Grocery Manager to ensure exceptional customer service on the front-end is maintained and assist customers with related needs. Other responsibilities include addressing customer concerns and coordinating with all department managers in finding a solution. They will be responsible for opening and closing duties and prioritizing loss prevention standards. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for helping train new employees and ensure all Team Members are meeting performance standards.
