Job summary

Waste Connections of Canada is hiring a yard attendant in Barrie, Ontario to support our solid waste operations. The role focuses on safe traffic guidance, yard upkeep, and assisting visitors at the transfer station.

You will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 40 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe environment for colleagues and customers. Pre-employment checks are required and competitive wages are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general labour work outdoors.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks.
