Cooper Equipment Rentals is hiring for a propane delivery and equipment support role in Edmonton. You will fill cylinders, load and unload with a forklift, and deliver propane to customer sites while keeping accurate records and adhering to safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have a Class 5 license, propane handling experience, and strong customer service. Expect overtime during peak seasons, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive, safety-minded team atmosphere.

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory abstract.
• Familiarity with local roads and LPG/propane handling experience is an asset.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Fill propane cylinders and prepare tanks for delivery.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload propane, equipment, and parts.
• Deliver propane to customer sites and ensure deliveries are secure and compliant with procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and customer records with signatures.
• Report delivery challenges and share potential sales opportunities with management.
• Assist with ordering parts, equipment, and inventory management.
• Wash, dry, and detail equipment using pressure washers and tools.
• Follow all health and safety policies and collaborate with the team.

Must provide an updated abstract upon request.Familiarity with local roads.Previous LPG/propane handling or fuel delivery experience is an asset.Experience with inventory management and/or warehouse operations preferred.Strong customer-service skills with a professional, courteous attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.Comfortable working outdoors year-round.Willingness to work overtime during peak seasonal demand (e.g., winter months).Commitment to job-specific training (Propane Training Institute, TDG, etc.).Strong problem-solving, organizational, and adaptability skills.Mechanical aptitude and/or equipment operation experience is an asset.Interest in learning more about construction equipment and the rental industry.Comfortable using computers/technology for inspections, inventory, and recordkeepingWant to learn more about career opportunities at Cooper Equipment Rentals?
