RONA in Ontario is seeking a dedicated Lumberyard Team Member to support customers with expert advice on lumber and building materials. You will assist loading products safely, check invoices, and help maintain stock and the yard in a clean, organized state.

Your role:

• Provide customers with expert advice and assistance for their lumber and building material needs
• Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently
• Check invoices and verify correct product is provided
• Assist with the daily upkeep of the department including off loading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labelling, and maintaining pallets/stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
• Opening and closing duties as needed in the Yard
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Knowledge of building materials is an asset
