Industra Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a major WWTP upgrade in St. Catharines, ON.

The project is $10.8M over ~18 months, with a fast-paced field team and strict safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will oversee planning through completion, coordinating trades and internal crews, and managing complex sequencing while maintaining plant operations and budget controls.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of construction experience, with senior foreman or superintendent roles.
• Extensive wastewater treatment plant experience required.
• Experience managing complex scopes, shutdowns, and tie-ins in active facilities.
• Strong leadership capability to step into Superintendent-level roles.
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is considered a requirement.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily site operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and conformance to plans.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal crews to maintain schedule.
• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to field teams.
• Support planning of shutdowns, tie-ins, and sequencing.
• Maintain communications with client representatives and project teams.
• Complete site documentation and reporting using Procore.
