Canterra Group has been engaged to recruit an experienced Superintendent for an established civil infrastructure contractor in the Greater Toronto Area.
We're looking for a construction professional who knows how to build pumpstations, water treatment plants and wastewater treatment facilities andcan take ownership of complex projects in the field.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to join a contractor with a strong infrastructure project pipeline and take a keyleadership role delivering essential municipal infrastructure across the GTA.
As Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day fieldleadership and successful execution of water and wastewater infrastructureprojects.

We're particularly interested in speaking with Superintendents who have direct experience building pump stations or water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Relevant experience could include:
You’ll understand that these projects are very different from straightforward road or sewer work. We’re looking for someone comfortable coordinating multiple disciplines and managing the sequencing, commissioning and operational requirements associated with complex treatment infrastructure.
This is a senior field leadership position offering the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects while joining an established contractor with a strong presence in the Ontario market.
The compensation reflects the level of experience we’re looking for, with total earning potential in the $200,000+ range, depending on experience and the overall compensation structure.
