Industra Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the Spring Gardens Sewage Pumping Station and Forcemain Upgrade in St. Catharines, ON, for Niagara Region.

The $10.8M, 18-month project starts in December 2026, replacing the existing station with new wet well and associated systems. You will own site leadership, safety, and coordination, guiding a strong field team from planning through completion while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with senior foreman or superintendent roles.
• Extensive wastewater/WWTP experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage complex shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and conformance to plans and specs.
• Oversee planning, sequencing, shutdowns, and tie-ins for the pump station project.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and internal crews to maintain schedule.
• Uphold safety and quality standards and regulator requirements on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, plant operators, and internal teams.
• Assist in daily reports, RFIs, and site documentation using Procore.
• Act as on-site extension of the Superintendent and ensure continuity during absences.
