Job summary

Industra Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead major water/wastewater and heavy civil projects across Ontario, including remote and out‑of‑town sites. The role requires strong field leadership and a proven track record in WWTP environments.

You will oversee planning, coordination, safety, and quality, while guiding field teams and coordinating with subcontractors and clients. Travel and relocation are expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience, including senior foreman or superintendent roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and pump stations.
• Proven ability to manage complex shutdowns, tie-ins, and active facility projects.
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate trades and crews to maintain productivity.
• Plan short-term schedules and resolve field conflicts.
• Champion safety protocols in wastewater environments.
• Coordinate with client reps and internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Prepare daily reports, RFIs, and site documentation using Procore.
