Job summary

Georgetown, Canada-based Canterra Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the GTA. You will oversee field leadership on pump stations and treatment facilities, coordinating multiple disciplines and ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have direct experience building pump stations or water/wastewater plants and a track record of safe, quality project execution in municipal infrastructure. Confidential inquiry welcome.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pump stations or water/wastewater facilities.
• Senior field leadership with multi-disciplinary coordination experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver complex infrastructure projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities on pump stations and water/wastewater projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily site operations.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Develop short-term schedules and meet milestones.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Support commissioning, turnover and project closeout.
