Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a seasoned Workplace Investigator to join our team in the Montréal area. You will conduct workplace investigations, interview witnesses, analyze documentation, and draft detailed reports with objective findings.

We value 3–5 years of experience, training in investigative techniques, and bilingual capability in French and English. Occasional travel to Bombardier sites is expected; a CHI or similar certification is an asset. Flexible/hybrid work policies apply where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Ability to draft detailed investigation reports.
• Knowledge of harassment and violence issues in the workplace.
• Willingness to travel to Bombardier sites in the Montréal area.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace complaints with diligence and objectivity.
• Interview witnesses and analyze documentation.
• Draft detailed reports and present findings to committees and individuals.
• Deliver trainings on topics related to workplace issues and harassment.
• Contribute to development of investigation approaches and tools.
