Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Workplace Ambassador II to collaborate with facilities, workplace experience teams, and executives to deliver high-quality office experiences across the Auditorium, Learning Centre, and Welcome Centre. You will greet visitors, support employees, manage access, coordinate meetings, handle issues, and assist with events while adhering to safety policies.

This role is Monday–Friday daytime with opportunities to influence how employees work.

Qualifications

• University degree or 1-3 years’ of job-related relevant experience.
• Service-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Experience with event planning is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and explain workspace and reservation systems.
• Assist with access badges and building security.
• Coordinate meeting spaces and set up events.
• Submit work orders for maintenance and services.
• Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
• Support HR and communications tools.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
