Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Workplace Ambassador II in Montreal to collaborate with facilities, client teams and executives, delivering high-quality workplace services including hospitality, reception and event-space coordination.

The role focuses on enabling a culture of high-performance teams while ensuring space meets employee needs and workplace standards. Monday–Friday daytime hours with flexibility for events.

Qualifications

• University degree or 1–3 years’ related experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Comfortable dealing with issues and people in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go‑to person for workplace strategy program in the office environment (Auditorium, Learning Centre, Welcome Centre).
• Greet visitors, explain space usage, and assist with meeting room access and reservations.
• Manage workplace experience in designated lobby areas, including access and badges.
• Know the workplace layout and facilities to confidently assist employees and guests.
• Provide event support and space setup, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Administer security access cards and coordinate with vendors and landlord for moves.
• Submit work orders for maintenance, tech issues, and janitorial needs.
