Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking an Ecosystem Community Lead on a 12-month contract to drive monthly reporting, forecasting, annual planning, controls, and financial analysis for technology partners. You will manage workplace operations, onboarding, space utilization, and vendor coordination across multiple GTA locations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and 1+ year of experience in customer service, workplace operations, office administration, hospitality, facilities, or related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners in a professional environment.
• Manage day-to-day workplace operations including onboarding and access badges.
• Monitor occupancy and space utilization using reporting tools and maintain population records.
• Maintain office amenities and shared workspaces; ensure SLAs are met.
• Provide support for meeting room tech, videoconferencing, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Building Services, Security and other partners to resolve facility issues.
• Support health, safety, and business continuity initiatives; participate in safety committees and drills.
• Assist with invoice processing, budget tracking, and inventory oversight for office supplies.
• Gather feedback and contribute to an engaging workplace culture and continuous improvement.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and town halls.
