Colonnade BridgePort Inc. is seeking a Workflow Automation & IT Support Specialist in Ottawa, blending automation design with hands-on IT support across the organization.

The role focuses ~75% on workflow automation and process improvement, with ~25% on general IT support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Intune, and SharePoint. You’ll work in a small IT team, documenting solutions and guiding staff as new tools are introduced.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, IT, or related technology field.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies as part of automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive processes suitable for automation and improve efficiency.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automated workflows.
• Explore automation tools and AI-powered solutions for business processes.
• Work with integrations, APIs, and tools to enhance workflows.
• Provide user training and documentation for new tools and workflows.
• Deliver responsive IT support and resolve tickets.
• Maintain security, privacy and access practices.
