Job summary

Citi is seeking a Technology Business Analyst with a Workday focus to drive HR technology initiatives and bridge business needs with technical solutions. The role demands deep Workday expertise, stakeholder management, and autonomous leadership across workstreams involved in implementations, enhancements, and optimization.

The incumbent will lead complex Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting, while ensuring governance, risk management, and compliance within HR tech programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, business analysis, or project management with Workday HCM.
• Deep functional and technical Workday expertise across multiple HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integration methods (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors) and advanced reporting.
• Proven track record leading Workday projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Workday certifications are highly preferred; PMP or Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency for data analysis and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex Workday initiatives and integrations.
• Serve as primary liaison between HR stakeholders, technology teams, and external Workday vendors.
• Architect and support advanced Workday configurations, reports, and integrations; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Analyze HR processes within Workday to optimize efficiency and data integrity.
• Provide business analysis and project management support for HR technology programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to Workday changes, data security, and compliance.
