Qualifications

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Workday initiatives.
Act as liaison between HR stakeholders and tech teams.
Architect and support advanced Workday configurations and integrations.
Analyze HR processes and optimize for efficiency and data integrity.
Provide project management support for HR technology programs.
Identify and mitigate risks related to Workday changes.
