Job summary

isgSearch is seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst (Workday) for a permanent, full‑time role. The analyst will serve as the Workday SME, leading configuration, testing and optimization while partnering with HR, Payroll and IT to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/HCM, at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration, and expertise across Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, and optimizing HRIS/HCM platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Strong expertise across Workday Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Payroll.
  • Experience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, condition rules, and data loads.
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
