Teranet Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Lead to coordinate planning, governance, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform. You will liaise with IT, HR, Finance, and Payroll to manage the enhancement roadmap, releases, and successful delivery of Workday projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, release governance, and team support rather than day-to-day configuration. Key focus areas include stakeholder alignment, AJI-enabled use cases, and integrations with third-party apps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday experience in lead roles or platform support.
• Experience coordinating releases, enhancements, or implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Adaptive Planning.
• Ability to partner with HR, Finance, IT; translate needs into roadmaps.
• Experience with Jira, Agile delivery, and enterprise change-management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and governance of Workday enhancements and releases.
• Maintain the enhancement roadmap and Jira backlog with priorities.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to identify AI-enabled use cases.
• Lead integration projects with 3rd party apps to improve automation.
• Oversee release planning, testing timelines, and deployment validation.
• Provide updates on priorities, schedules, risks, and delivery status.
• Support Workday projects, manage milestones, risks, and dependencies.
