Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Manager, Foundational HR Systems to lead a team of Business Analysts and Functional Analysts, delivering Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

You will partner with P&C CoEs and global stakeholders to define platform standards, drive roadmaps, improve data integrity, and enhance the employee experience. This in-person role requires 4 days onsite weekly in Canada, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in P&C, Business, or related field.
• HRIS certification is an asset.
• 4+ years people leadership experience managing 4–6 direct reports.
• 4+ years SME in Core HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Service Delivery platforms (ServiceNow HRSD preferred).
• Experience delivering and managing product roadmaps and system enhancements across enterprise HR platforms.
