About the Role

The Global HR Employee Experience Design team focuses on creating engaging employee experiences by understanding colleagues' needs and providing solutions that simplify complexity. As a HR Solutions Consultant, you will innovate and improve the Employee Experience, leveraging your expertise in Workday and HR technology. You will support system configurations, enhancements, and collaborate across functions to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with stakeholders to manage HR processes and improvements.
2. Support discovery, design, configuration, testing, and documentation of HR system enhancements.
3. Create and maintain reports and dashboards in HR tools like Workday, Salesforce, JIRA.
4. Manage system upgrades and ensure compliance with procedures.
5. Develop and update SOPs and configuration documentation.
6. Handle multiple projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and support impact assessments and testing.
7. Stay updated on Workday advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday is required.
• 3+ years of HRIS configuration experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in global organizations and handling sensitive data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ADP Global View, JIRA, agile environments, and Workday Pro Certification are assets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Strong technical acumen and data understanding.
• Ability to influence and present complex information effectively.
