Job description

The Global HR Employee Experience Design team is dedicated to creating experiences that employees love. We focus on understanding colleagues' needs and providing solutions that simplify complexities, making lives easier. Role Overview

As a HR Solutions Consultant within the Global HR Employee Experience Team, you will seek ways to innovate and enhance the Employee Experience, advocating for our technology. You are a subject matter expert well-versed in Workday and other HR technologies, leveraging peer networks, vendor resources like Workday Community, and ongoing learning to stay current. Your goal is to apply technological advances to support our vision and strategy.

Global and Collaborative Approach

You will think and act globally while considering local nuances when designing technology solutions. Collaboration and partnership-building across HR, Group Functions Technology (GFT), Compliance, Finance, and other areas are essential.

Position Details

This is a full-time, hybrid role.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with stakeholders to manage cyclical activities like Performance Cycles, Talent Review, and Goal Setting, focusing on process improvements and problem-solving.
  2. Support discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and post-implementation of HR system enhancements as a solution SME.
  3. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in HR tools such as Workday, Salesforce, and JIRA to support clients and analytics teams.
  4. Manage configuration, testing, and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation and SOPs.
  6. Manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders, balancing expectations and impacts on end users.
  7. Assist with impact assessments, regression testing, and communication planning as needed.
  8. Stay updated on advancements within Workday and related technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday is required.
  • 3+ years of HRIS configuration experience in performance/talent, talent marketplace, recruiting, or HCM is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to translate vague requirements into sustainable solutions.
  • Experience working in large global organizations, managing tight timelines, and prioritizing effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, respecting data privacy standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ADP Global View (PECI, PICOF, EXPR) is a plus.
  • Workday Pro Certification(s) is an asset.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar case management tools is a plus.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical acumen, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to develop new skills.
  • Understanding of data—how to obtain, interpret, and use it for analysis and decision-making.
  • Consulting experience, including presenting and explaining complex functionalities and influencing stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ethics and compliance with data privacy policies.
