Job description

A national organization in the healthcare space is looking for a Senior Workday Benefits Analyst to take the lead on the design, configuration, and optimization of their Workday Benefits and HCM modules.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment where your Workday expertise will directly support operational improvement and employee experience across Canada.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Up to $90,000 + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and support for Workday Benefits and HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR teams and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
• Perform regular audits, implement enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support end users, troubleshoot Tier 2 issues, and develop training documentation.
• Stay on top of Workday releases and provide insight into relevant system updates.

You’ll Succeed In This Role If You:

• Have 3+ years of Workday Benefits configuration experience.
• Are comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bring experience supporting unionized populations (preferred).
• Are detail-oriented and confident working cross-functionally to implement system improvements.
