Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside T&T Supermarket in Surrey, is seeking a Store Manager to guide customers to optimal phone and rate plan options while leading a team of Wireless Sales Representatives. This Loblaw-owned brand operates under Glentel Inc.

and partners with Bell, Rogers, Apple, Samsung and Google. The role offers a competitive commissions package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership experience preferred within consumer electronics or wireless retail.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Loblaw shoppers to offer mobile, home and business solutions from major brands.
• Promote PC Optimum loyalty benefits to help customers save on purchases.
• Master carrier offerings, promos, and pricing to clearly communicate benefits to customers.
• Lead and coach Wireless Sales Representatives to meet sales targets and develop skills.
