Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing the operations of store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. The duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies to achieve success in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications:
·College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field.
·Previous experience in managing store
·Proficient with MS – Office.
·Able to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions
•Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
•Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees
•Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
•Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
•Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
•Ensuring the security of the Store property, products, and services.
•Regularly updates staff on various plans and offers.
•Utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity
•Review sales reports on a daily basis and analyze sales figures to forecast future sales.
•Responsible for store compliance, planogram, scheduling, IT, transfers/RMAs/POs, and counts.
•Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
•Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services

•Proficiency in sales strategies and team building.
• Creative thinking when it comes to sales techniques such as upselling, referral sales, and networking.
