Job summary

The Mobile Shop, located inside Real Canadian Superstore in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team, guide customers to the best mobile solutions, and drive sales excellence.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coach Wireless Sales Representatives, and collaborate with brand partners to deliver outstanding service. This role is full-time, with weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience in retail
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
• Ability to drive sales targets and customer satisfaction
