Job summary

The Mobile Shop at Real Canadian Superstore in Calgary seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-volume wireless retail team. You’ll guide customers to optimal phones and rate plans, coach staff, and ensure top service, sales results, and store standards.

You will develop your team through coaching, training, and performance feedback, while coordinating with partners and leveraging loyalty programs to maximize customer value. Weekend/evening shifts required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail or telecom preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Guide customers to the best mobile devices and rate plans to suit their needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
