The Grounds Guys is seeking a Snow Team Member to handle complete snow removal at a designated site, with a focus on safety, timeliness, and professional service. The role requires on-site work during snow events and adherence to our service standards that emphasize customer satisfaction and reliability.

You’ll join a dedicated team of snow removal and landscaping professionals, with opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Formación

• Prior experience in snow removal or similar service industries is preferred.
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own transportation to commute to and from work.
• 24/7 on-call availability from November 16, 2026 to April 18, 2027.

As a winter team member, you will be responsible for the complete snow removal activities of the pre-designatedlocation in a timely and organized manner.
