Job summary

Grounds Guys, LLC in Canada is seeking a Snow Team Member to perform complete snow removal at pre-designated locations during the winter season.

You will be responsible for salting, clearing snow, and ensuring safety, with 24/7 on-call from Nov 16, 2026 to Apr 18, 2027, and a hourly rate of $19-$23 plus a bi-weekly bonus of $950-$1100. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 24/7 on-call availability from November 16th, 2026 - April 18th, 2027
• Clearing during/after snow events,
• Salting before and/or after snow/rain/ice events
• Must have own means of transportation to commute to and from work.
• $19-23 hourly rate
• Due to the inconsistency of our industry, a set bonus of $950-$1100 gross will be paid bi-weekly.

Job Requirements for Snow Team Member

• Prior experience in snow removal or similar service industries.
• If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training

before you start.
