Job summary

The Grounds Guys, LLC is seeking a Snow Team Member to manage snow removal at designated sites. The role includes clearing streets and driveways, salting as needed, and operating snow equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should be able to work in cold conditions, have a valid driver’s license, and be available on-call from November to April. The position offers an hourly wage of $22–$30 with a bi-weekly bonus of $1,250–$1,750 gross.

Job Description

As a loader operator, you will be responsible for the complete snow removal activities of the pre-designated

location in a timely and organized manner. Such activities include (but are not limited to):

• Previous experience operating snowplow equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of safe snow removal practices and procedures
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 24/7 on-call availability from November 16th 2026 - April 18th, 2027
• Clearing during/after snow events,
• Salting before and/or after snow/rain/ice events
• Loading transports for snow hauling; and
• General upkeep of the machinery
• Must have own means of transportation to commute to and from work.
• $22-30 hourly rate
• Due to the inconsistency of our industry, a set bonus of $1250-1750 gross will be paid bi-weekly.
