Qualifications

• High School and 4 years of related experience (2 of the 4 years in snow and ice control).
• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma with 2 years in snow and ice control services.
• Equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, technical support, and daily supervision.
• Plan and coordinate routes, staffing, equipment assignments and repair.
• Oversee work on job sites and ensure stocks of road salt and traction sand.
• Conduct preliminary site investigations, prepare cost estimates, and inspect contracts.
• Be solutions- and client-oriented; deliver excellent public service.
