Ledcor Highways Ltd. invites applicants for winter seasonal road maintenance across Alberta from Oct 1 to Apr 30 with potential for year‑round work. Operate snowplows and other heavy equipment and perform highway maintenance with safety as a priority.

Applicants should hold a Class 1–3 license with air endorsement, pass pre‑employment drug testing, and lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive wages, benefits, RRSPs and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid Class 1, 2 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract
• Experience operating a snowplow or wheel loader is a strong asset, training provided

Responsabilidades

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders and other heavy equipment as required
• Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways including Labourer duties (crack sealing, pothole repair, bridge and signage cleaning, hazard remediation)
• Work outside in all weather conditions
