Qualifications

Registered students returning to school in 2026 in a related field.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
Familiarity with IFRS or financial statements.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing PFIC filings documentation.
Review T3 tax factors for client slips.
Review T3 tax returns and supporting documentation.
Review fund tax distribution working papers and schedules.
Prepare MRFP, QPD, and Fund Fact Sheets for mutual funds and pooled funds.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of data for financial statements and reports.
Coordinate with desktop vendors to produce final PDFs.
Manage version control for drafts of financial statements and reports.
Assist with ad hoc reporting as required.
Improve processes using automation or Excel enhancements or AI.
