Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dartmouth, Canada, seeks a co-op Computer Science student to help with data consolidation, DB design, and dashboard prototyping for the Ship Integration team. The role involves automating reporting, pulling data from multiple sources, and building a demonstration dashboard within an AGILE framework.

You will establish a DB structure, pre-populate initial data for demos, and design UIs to query the DB.

Qualifications

• Current student in a Computer Science program.
• Database design knowledge and SQL expertise to write complex queries.
• Scripting skills: VBA, Python or Perl.
• Available for four months starting January 2027.
• Eligible for NATO Secret clearance in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

• Current student in a Computer Science program
• Database Developer Skills: Knowledge of physical database design and data structures, knowledge of database objects including tables, indexes, views and statistics, Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) with ability to write complex SQL queries and other features
• Scripting skills: Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Python or Perl
• Available for four months starting January 2027
• Eligible for North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret clearance in a timely manner.
