Job summary

Mackenzie Investments is hiring a Winter Intern for AI Strategy & Enablement to help build stronger connections with serious, long-term investors via social and digital channels. You will research investor communities, test AI-enabled content, and develop lightweight AI tools to support social listening and audience insights.

Working with AI Enablement, Marketing, and other business teams, you will create repeatable workflows and playbooks, measure engagement, and deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, data science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest spanning both business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an approach for reaching serious, long-term investors through emerging social and digital communities.
• Research investor communities, behaviours, conversations, creators and content formats to understand engagement drivers.
• Support day-to-day experimentation with content, community participation and audience engagement.
• Analyze engagement signals to identify topics and formats that resonate with long-term investors.
• Translate findings into recommendations to build a credible presence in these communities.
